We collect as little personal data as we can. Here's what we do collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it.
DreamSoftIndia (“we”, “us”) is a product studio based at B609, Mahaveer Riviera, 24th Main, J P Nagar 5th Phase, Bangalore 560076, India. The data controller can be reached at hello@dreamsoftindia.net.
- Contact form submissions: name, email, company, budget range, service of interest, and the message you send us. We use this to reply to your enquiry — nothing more.
- Email correspondence: if you write to us, we keep the thread so we can continue the conversation.
- Aggregate analytics: page views and Core Web Vitals collected by Vercel Analytics in a privacy-friendly, cookie-less way. No fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.
- Theme preference:stored in your browser's local storage as
dsi-theme. It never leaves your device.
No advertising cookies. No third-party trackers. No selling, sharing, or renting of any data to anyone, ever.
Contact form submissions and email threads are retained while the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, in case you come back to us with a related project. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Enquiries are delivered to us via Resend (transactional email, EU/US datacentres) and stored in our own inbox. Analytics live with Vercel Analytics. Both are bound by their respective privacy commitments.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email hello@dreamsoftindia.net and we'll respond within 30 days.
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and adjust the “Updated” date above. The current version supersedes all previous versions.
