Welcome to My Plant Doctor. By downloading or using this app, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using My Plant Doctor, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

My Plant Doctor is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to help identify plant species and assess plant health from photographs. The app provides informational guidance only and is not a substitute for professional agricultural or horticultural advice.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Plant identifications and health diagnoses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated analysis. Always consult a qualified expert before making decisions about plant care, treatment, or consumption.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Free users receive 2 lifetime AI scans and may save 1 plant.
• Premium subscribers receive up to 200 AI scans per month and unlimited plant storage.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly through the App Store or Google Play and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• All purchases are final except where required by law.

5. User Responsibilities

• You may only use the app for lawful purposes.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the app or its servers.
• You are responsible for any content you photograph and submit through the app.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software within My Plant Doctor are the property of DreamSoftIndia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Plant Doctor and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behaviour that we reasonably believe is harmful to the app, other users, or third parties.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
